Broadcast from NY Comic Con Rob McElhenney gives us an exclusive preview from his panel on “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia,”
“OK, it is going to be big. We’re going to run tonight, Saturday and Sunday. Right now we’re not on the air but we’re going to get on a little bit, and then we’re going to blow the whole thing up, punch the giant puppet, cook it, throw it into the audience, make a big mess, all that kind of stuff.”
McElhenney gives us an inside look at season twelve of “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia.” For season eleven’s shocking finale “Paddy’s Pub” it looked like Dennis Leary would die from a heart attack. But a production error got the show all the way through to the finale with no missed time constraints or postponements.
“If you’re looking for something to that will never be repeated I don’t think it’s as good as the very last episode in season nine. So it was just a bad trick by the writers. It’s just a one time thing, but I don’t think it would ever happen again.”
However, despite the fact that nothing is set in stone when it comes to McElhenney’s plans he could see himself returning to town if the right opportunity presented itself. He’ll let you know right here on Fox News Radio.
